Torched Casino Suspect held after Shootout

Mexico has arrested five suspected drug gang members in connection with the torching of a casino that killed at least 52 people, one of the worst attacks on civilians in the country in years. The five are members of Los Zetas carried out the
attack because the owners of the casino had not complied with their extortion demands, according to the state-run Notimex News Agency.

Marked Card Gang gets Casino Fortune

A gang of Italian con men has been arrested on the
French Riviera for a scam using invisible ink and
infra-red glasses that could have come straight
from the Hollywood film Ocean’s Eleven. The gang
allegedly netted more than 60,000 euros (£52,000)
during poker games by secretly marking decks of
cards with the invisible ink which they were then
able to read with the customised glasses.
