Malaysian-Taiwanese cybersecurity collaborations will be boosted by the Taiwan Cybersecurity Day, which will be held in Kuala Lumpur on August 5.

Taiwanese corporations and associations have organised a delegation of cybersecurity firms to travel to Kuala Lumpur to share Taiwan’s expertise in supply chain cybersecurity and cybersecurity verification.

The delegation will also discuss strategies for joint defence against cyberattacks and ways to improve international cooperation.

Malaysia has become a top choice for international manufacturers. However, with the advancement of digitalisation, cybersecurity risks have also increased, leading many international corporations to demand more robust supply chain cybersecurity. As a high-tech stronghold, Taiwan has extensive supply chain cybersecurity experience and has nurtured numerous highly-regarded solution providers.

Taiwan Cybersecurity Day will take place on the afternoon of Monday, August 5, at the Pavilion Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

The event will feature presentations from high-profile Taiwanese cybersecurity firms, such as CHT Security, Billows Technology, KeyXentic, Cycraft Technology, Array Networks Taiwan, PacketX Technology, SYSTEX Corporation, and uniXecure Technology Corporation. They’ll share insights on zero-trust solutions, OT cybersecurity technology, and professional cybersecurity management and detection services.

An invitation to attend is extended to all those interested in cybersecurity issues and exploring how to maintain competitiveness and information security in the digital age.
