The appointment follows a strong period of growth for Claroty. The company surpassed USD100 million in annual recurring revenue in 2023. Before joining Claroty, Jason was the Director of Customer Success in Asia Pacific for Mimecast. Prior to Mimecast, Jason was the Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East and Africa at enterprise software provider IFS. Pearce has also held various security senior leadership roles in consulting and pre-sales at ClickSoftware (Salesforce), MailGuard, EMC, RSA, Oracle, Cisco Systems and Hewlett Packard.

“In this new role, my goal is to provide customers with best practice advice on digital transformation and exposure management while arming them with the best cyber security tools that can be easily adopted and translated into strong return on investments,” said Pearce.
