BAE Systems Detica today announces that is has been awarded global research organisation Frost & Sullivan’s 2012 Award for Customer Value Enhancement in Global Managed Security Services.
The award is presented to Detica in recognition of its ability to go beyond just good customer service and proactively create value for customers, improving their return on investment from BAE Systems Detica’s Managed Security Services.
Frost & Sullivan singled out BAE Systems Detica’s Managed Security Offering – and notably its Detica Treidan product – as providing a unique cyber and IT security solution to customers across both business and government. Key to the success of this offering is the company’s combination of leading technology and consultancy services, while Frost & Sullivan also paid tribute to BAE Systems Detica’s innovative approach to the design and delivery of its Managed Security Services.
